E.on has just completed the construction of a large-scale battery plant, and another two major energy storage projects with total capacity of more than 100 MWh are headed for the UK. This will help the country handle its growing renewable energy industry.
The UK is speeding ahead of other European nations with its energy storage development. As the latest step in the process, Germany's E.on has just completed a huge battery facility.
