Argentina extends green tax exemption by five years

Developers are still working to complete the projects won during the last two years of renewable energy auctions in Argentina. Soon, more projects will tendered off, and investors have now been given more incentive to invest in new projects.

Future wind turbine and solar panel farms in Argentina will continue to enjoy exemption from paying taxes, reports Recharge. The country implemented the exemption on imports of a total 41 components for renewable energy facilities.
