Ørsted's highly sought-after DSO may find new owner shortly

The sale of Ørsted's distribution system operator may be completed long before the deadline. The sale of the company known as Radius is expected to bring in almost EUR 2.7 billion.

Ørsted may have found a buyer for the much discussed capital-region grid long before the deadline at the end of Q2.

According to information Finans has obtained, the sales process continues this week, when the remaining bidders will get access to management as well as a virtual data room that forms the basis of the bidders' comprehensive review, the so-called due diligence process, of the distribution business Radius.
