Norwegian FSA criticizes Nasdaq Oslo following collapse

The Norwegian financial supervisory authority (FSA) has strongly criticized Nasdaq Commodities Oslo after the authority found in an investigation of Einar Aas' collapse in September last year that others have traded through Aas' membership on the exchange.
