Ørsted not meeting requirements in Taiwan

Lacking local production capacity means that Ørsted does not live up to localization requirements for its projects in Taiwan. We have provided proof of our efforts, says the utility.

Ørsted has a fundamental problem in Taiwan. One month prior to the expected establishment of the Danish wind developer's first offshore wind project, Changhua, the company does not meet the island state's requirements for domestic production capacity for offshore wind projects, writes Taipei Times on Thursday.
