Siemens to list energy business next year

The new energy company will comprise everything from Siemens' oil and gas efforts, which have weighed down its results, to renewables.

Siemens wants to list its energy business some time in September next year, said the division's Chief Executive Lisa Davis on Tuesday, reports news agency Reuters.
