Canadian RE developer seeks US wind and solar firm acquisition
Brookfield Renewable Partners has submitted a bid to buy the remaining shares in Terraform Power, which owns 4 GW in wind and solar capacity.
Canadian renewable energy developer Brookfield Renewable Partners currently owns 62 percent of Terraform Power, but the former wants the rest and has thus made an offer to buy the remaining 38 percent.
