Vattenfall promotes CFO to lead group

The Swedish power company promotes CFO Anna Borg to take over as CEO following the summer announcement of Magnus Hall's resignation.

The Swedish utility has found a firm replacement for departing Chief Executive Magnus Hall. The group's current chief financial officer, Anna Borg, has won the promotion and will take over the power company's reins after Hall's resignation takes effect, Vattenfall informs in a media release Thursday morning CET.
