Fortum appoints new CFO

The Finnish energy giant has found an experienced chief financial officer, who hails from a similar position at Innogy SE.

Finnish utility Fortum has found itself a new chief financial officer in the form of German national Bernhard Günther. He most recently served as CFO and head of HR within renewables, network and retail company Innogy SE, which was acquired by and merged with Eon in 2020.
