Agder Energi seeks solutions to accommodate increased power needs

Increasing large-scale electrification poses challenges to grid companies, and Norwegian utility Agder Energi sees a need for major structural change to accommodate greater electricity needs.

According to a mapping by Norwegian utility Agder Energi Nett, increased electrification could entail more than a doubling in capacity needs compared to the current level, creating challenges, according to the company.
