Statkraft sells Irish solar project

UK investment firm Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust has acquired utility Statkraft's Irish solar farm Ballymacarney for almost EUR 150m.

Ireland's largest forthcoming solar farm is already spoken for, as Statkraft has sold 250MW solar project Ballymacarney for EUR 145m to UK-based Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust (ORIT), reports The Irish Times.
