SSE sells final stakes in Scotia Gas Networks

The British utility has sold its share of Scotia Gas Networks Ltd to a Canadian consortium.

British utility SSE has divested its last stakes in Scotia Gas Networks (SGN), which also includes two gas distribution networks in England, Wales and Scotland.
