Italian Prysmian bags major order in Dutch North Sea

Similar to Danish EKT, Italian Prysmian is awarded major contracts worth approx. EUR 1.8bn from Tennet on submarine cables systems in the Dutch part of the North Sea.

Italian cable manufacturer Prysmian Group secures contracts of an aggregated EUR 1.8bn from Dutch transmission system operator Tennet for the two grid connection projects IJmuiden Ver Alpha og Nederwiek, writes Prysmian in a press release.
