EDF returns to form after billion-dollar loss in 2022

The French utility company can once again present a profit in the first half of 2023 after a record loss in 2022.

Fortune once again favors utility company EDF. On Thursday, it presented a bottom line for the first half of 2023 of EUR 5.8bn, compared to a loss in the first half of 2022 of EUR 5.3bn.
