Fortum says goodbye to Russia with a large write-down

The Finnish company ends up with a large loss again, although improved by EUR 4bn.

Looking at Fortum’s adjusted financial report for the second quarter, the business looks quite reasonable, but the story takes a turn when the Russian business is included in the figures.
