Ørsted has completed the sale of its remaining 25% stake in the London Array Offshore Wind Farm in the UK to funds managed by Schroders Greencoa, the Danish Utility major announces on Thursday morning.

The deal, which has a total value of GBP 717 million, was announced at the end of July.

London Array has a total installed capacity of 630MW and went into commercial operation in 2013, and Ørsted originally owned 50% of the project and initially divested 25% of London Array to CDPQ in 2014.
