Money continues to flow out of Siemens Gamesa

While both Siemens Energy at group level and Siemens Gamesa performed better than expected on several fronts at the end of 2023, one item in particular attracts negative attention.

The wind turbine industry has been buoyant recently. Led by Vestas’ record-high order intake in the last three months of 2023, Nordex has since followed suit with similarly strong order growth – albeit at relatively low prices – while GE on Tuesday also showed encouraging signs in its renewable energy business.
