Why didn’t Ørsted already have a new Chair of the Board in place when the company announced that Thomas Thune Andersen would step down at the annual general meeting in March? This is the big question among a large number of headhunters that Danish business daily Børsen has spoken to, who are already expressing puzzlement about the process.
