Ørsted buys back hybrid bonds worth EUR 250m

The Danish energy company is now buying back hybrid bonds.

Ørsted is buying back hybrid bonds for a nominal value of approx. EUR 250m.

This comes after Ørsted had offered owners of the company’s EUR 500m 2.25% hybrid bonds maturing in 3017 the opportunity to buy back their bonds.

The result was that the offer was accepted for a nominal amount of EUR 249,544,000.

The purchase price is 98.75% of the nominal amount.
