DLG boosts German energy business with acquisitions

Team AG, subsidiary of farm supply company DLG, has expanded its business in Northern Germany with the acquisition of two entities, which promise to increase revenue by more than DKK 1 billion.

Danish farm supply company DLG Group has expanded on the German market with two acquisitions carried out via subsidiary Team AG.

This concerns oil businesses Egon Von Haw and Carl Harms Mineralöle. Team AG, which is among among Germany's five largest energy distributors and which in 2016 logged revenue of DKK 11.4 billion (EUR 153 million), will see its revenue increase by DKK 1 billion as a result of the acquisitions, according to a press release.
