Dong executive: US offshore wind could have a good start on costs

Dong will not have to start from scratch in the US when it comes to costs, explains the general manager for North America, who believes that it can draw from the European experience to launch a little lower on the costs curve.

The learning curve in Europe means that launching the first major US offshore wind projects will not be as costly to begin with, according to Dong's General Manager for North America, Thomas Brostrøm, in an interview with Ritzau Finans in Anaheim in California.
