Vattenfall will sell power to private customers in the UK

The Swedish company has acquired the gas and electricity trader iSupplyEnergy and is now entering the market for retail energy sales.

18 months ago, Vattenfall announced that its wind and solar power activities would be supplemented with electricity sales to major corporate customers. Now, the Swedish company is expanding its British business even further.

Vattenfall has acquired the company iSupplyEnergy which sells gas and electricity.
