Fortum intends to buy E.on's black company for EUR 3.76 billion

Fortum will serve as the main shareholder in German energy utility Uniper. The Finnish company is in "advanced discussions," with E.on to purchase the company's ownership interest of 46.65 percent of the company, which was split from E.on last year, reveals Fortum.
