Hitachi ABB Power Grids changes name

The company name change will be effective from Oct. 1, with other changes to the Hitachi brand also announced.

Come Oct. 1 this year, Hitachi ABB Power Grids will rebrand to Hitachi Energy – a name change meant to the reflect the group's business development in a rapidly changing energy sector, according to a press statement.
