Gurit buy crisis-stricken Danes out of ownership

After last year’s acquisition of the majority stake in Fiberline, Gurit buys the Danish owner family out of the wind company ”earlier than originally expected” - and at a significantly lower price.

The composites group Gurit is now taking over full ownership of Fiberline Composites. After the Swiss took over 60% of the family-owned Danish wind turbine supplier last year, the rest of the company is now also being acquired.
