Vice chairman of Green Hydrogen Systems resigns

Green Hydrogen Systems’ Vice Chairman, Troels Øberg, has decided to resign from the company’s Board of Directors to devote his time to his other corporate duties outside the hydrogen group, the company announced on Wednesday.

The Board of Directors of Green Hydrogen Systems will be one member less until the Annual General Meeting on April 9, where the nominations for the Board will be presented.

Troels Øberg is currently a senior partner at Nordic Alpha Partners, which is also the largest shareholder in Green Hydrogen Systems.
