Ørsted has decided to pause its collaboration with Copenhagen Pride, Børsen writes based on an email from the company.

”After many good years, we have decided to pause our collaboration with Copenhagen Pride. We will continue to focus on and support the inclusion of LGBTQ+ globally, but we will focus our efforts on other activities this year,” writes HR executive Henriette Fenger Ellekrog in an email to the newspaper.

Earlier on Thursday, Danske Bank, Boston Consulting Group, Ramboll and the Confederation of Danish Employers also stopped supporting Copenhagen Pride, according to Børsen.

Ørsted emphasizes to the media that support for LGBTQ+ rights will continue, but in different contexts.
