German court rules in favor of Tesla's factory plans

Tesla has been allowed to continue clearing a forest in the area marked for the company's first European car and battery factory.

Tesla has it on German court authority that the company may continue clearing forest in an area close to Grünheide, southeast of Berlin, where it is to establish its first European car and battery factory, according to Bloomberg News.
