Danfoss gets final approval of major acquisition

The case has been a protracted one, and management has been ready to go for a year and a half. Now that Danfoss has received approval of its acquisition of Eaton's hydraulics business, they can at last unfold the deal's potential.

The wait has been long for the management team of Danish industrial firm Danfoss. But it's over now. Domestic competition authorities have finally, after a year and a half's work, approved Danfoss' prestigious acquisition of Eaton Hydraulics, according to Eaton itself.
