Haldor Topsøe sells stake in British battery developer

The Danish chemicals and catalysis company sells its interest in Faradion Limited purchased in 2014.

Haldor Topsøe has decided to sell its stake of 16 percent in British battery developer Faradion held since 2014.

The buyer is multinational conglomerate Reliance Industries, which has acquired full interest in Faradion for a sum of GBP 100m, Haldor Topsøe informs in a statement.
