Novozymes optimistic about Bioenergy despite less US production
”Our optimism about the future remains intact,” says Novozymes CFO despite a decline in bioethanol production and cites the US’ recent legislative push to accelerate the green transition.

In the fourth quarter, Novozymes’ bioethanol production declined by 5% in the US. Nevertheless, the Danish enzyme producer managed to secure organic growth of 22% in the Bioenergy division in Q4 and noted 25% growth for the full year.
