Electric car charging platform sold in spectacular deal

Danish electric vehicle charging software platform Spirii has been sold to a French group in a sale that exceeds a similar sale of a different platform to Tesla.

Spirii, which in just a few years has developed from a small Danish player to a leading European software platform for charging electric cars, has been sold to Edenred, a stock exchange announcement issued by the latter states.
