Nature Energy sells bio division to UK fund: "It could be the new Vestas"

As expected, the eight Danish municipalities behind Nature Energy have sold their biogas business to a UK-based capital fund in a deal worth more than EUR 130 million.

The municipalities which own Denmark's largest biogas producer, Nature Energy, have decided to sell the company's commercial division to UK capital fund Pioneer Point Partners, they revealed at a press conference in the Danish city of Odense Friday.
