Oil company Noreco completes its total acquisition of Shell's oil and gas extraction in the North Sea, thus becoming the second-largest producer of oil and gas in Denmark.
The North Sea just got a new major player, which intends to cultivate the region for all the resources it holds. Norwegian-based Noreco has thus finally completed its acquisition of Shell's oil and gas extraction in the North Sea, confirms Noreco on its own website.
