Ineos says it's ready for Denmark's ninth fossil fuel tender

The British group is interested in extracting more oil from the Danish North Sea and might be among the applicants in a new, potential tender round, Ineos' CEO for Scandinavia, Sebastian Koks Andreassen, tells EnergyWatch.

When Ineos took over Dong Energy's oil assets a few years back, the group suddenly emerged as one of the largest fossil fuel players in the Danish North Sea – and the company is still interested in finding undiscovered oil and gas deposits, Sebastian Koks Andreassen, chief executive for Ineos' Danish and Norwegian division, tells EnergyWatch in an interview.
