TV stations: Biden to halt oil pipeline between Canada and US

Former US President Barack Obama blocked the plans for Keystone XL during the latter part of his term in office. But the plans for the pipeline were revived during the Trump presidency.

Incoming President of the United States Joe Biden plans to halt the contentious oil pipeline Keystone XL between Canada and the US, report TV stations CBC and CTV with reference to sources on Biden's staff.
