Tracking down PSVs in North Sea has proved challenging
At present, there are almost no available supply ships in the North Sea, leading daily rates to soar for market players that have been under pressure for a period of years. Offshore analyst Jesper Skjong expects a further recovery in the beginning of next year, he tells ShippingWatch.

At the moment, it's difficult to find available platform supply vessels (PSVs) in the offshore market, as a result of which the spot rates have reached high levels in both the Norwegian and British parts of the North Sea.
