Scientist: Nord Stream 2 is a symbol of everything that went wrong

Europe has been slow to realize the pivotal role energy plays in security policy in Russia, notes Danish Institute for International Studies. The Nord Stream 2 saga illustrates the problem better than any other, and it will prove costly to relinquish it, admits scientist.
