Greece has become a hub for STS loading and sale of Russian oil

Greece has developed into a hub for ship-to-ship (STS) transfers and further exports of Russian oil as the European Union’s sanctions have made it harder to trade with Russia, reports news agency Reuters.

The amount of Russian fuel oil being transferred at sea offshore Greece reached new heights in April, writes the news agency, citing data from Refinitiv Eikon.
