Maersk Supply Service, which has been suffering for years under an oil market downturn with lower demand for supply vessels, gets a considerable financial boost from its owner, A.P. Moller-Maersk.

Maersk has injected its offshore carrier, which is banking big on gaining a foothold within US offshore wind with wind turbine installation vessels (WTIVs), with capital in two instalments.
