Equinor closes Sleipner field following gas leaks

The Sleipner field in Norway have experienced technical difficulties leading to gas leaks, forcing operator Equinor to halt production.

Two gas leaks prompted Equinor to close gas platform Sleipner A, and right now work is underway to return to normal operation, Equinor reveals in a press release.
