Oil prices gain on Chinese support

Oil prices are rising again on Tuesday on top of promises from the Chinese authorities to support the country’s economy, according to Reuters.

A barrel of the European reference oil, Brent, costs USD 82.93 on Tuesday morning compared to USD 82.43 on Monday afternoon. At the same time, US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) oil is trading at USD 78.96 compared to USD 78.63.
