TotalEnergies takes full ownership of Total Eren

The French oil major makes use of an option to take over the renewables company after six years of cooperation.

After six years of collaboration, it is time for Total Eren to take full ownership of TotalEnergies. The French oil major has now decided to exercise an option from a contract signed in 2017, stating that TotalEnergies was entitled to take over 100% of Total Eren after five years.
