Former Lundin CEO Nick Walker will take over from Torger Rød, who will become Chief Operating Officer.

To meet new opportunities following the acquisition of Neptune Energy Norway, the board has decided to make certain changes to the management team and to bring in additional resources, the company writes in an announcement on Friday.
