Norwegian oil and gas major Equinor, formerly Statoil, is acquiring the bustling Danish energy trading company, Danske Commodities.
One of the greatest success stories in the Danish energy sector during the last decade, Danske Commodities, is now being sold to Norwegian oil major Equinor for around EUR 400 million.
