Harvard researcher: Controversial Asian purchases of Russian oil have made sanctions effective

BRUSSELS - While both Indian and Chinese energy traders have been criticized for filling the Russian war chest by importing Russian oil, the controversial deals are actually doing the opposite, according to Craig Kennedy, a center associate focusing on Russian oil shipments at the Davis Center at Harvard University.
