EU Commissioner approves merger between Gamesa and Siemens

Gamesa and Siemens have obtained approval to combine their wind activities. The approval is unconditional.

EU Competitions Commissioner Margrethe Vestager has approved the merger of wind activities at Spanish Gamesa and German Siemens, as she confirmed at a press conference Monday afternoon.
