Media: Siemens' merger with Gamesa will be approved by the EU

What could become the world's largest wind turbine manufacturer is now just 11 days away from being a de facto reality. The EU has no objections to the merger, sources tell Reuters.

The EU is prepared to green-light the merger between Siemens Wind Power and Gamesa, two anonymous sources with knowledge of the matter tell Reuters.
