Staff at wind foundation manufacturer prepared to work for no salary

Employees at UK company Bifab are prepared to continue their work on an offshore wind project despite the fact that the company is close to a payment suspension.

Bifab has not secured a lot of financial gains from the jacket foundations currently being produced for offshore wind farm Beatrice. The UK supplier of equipment to the oil, gas, and offshore wind industries issued a statement Monday that it is in such an acute liquidity shortage that it was on the verge of appointing administrators.
