Loss-making blade supplier divests unit to engineering group

Specialist firm Site Solutions, an expert in the production of handling and lifting equipment for the wind turbine industry, is being acquired by an engineering company. The seller is loss-making supplier AH Industries.

Engineering company Eltronic A/S is taking over subdivision Site Solutions from AH Industries. This will provide much-needed funds for AH Industries, which landed a record-loss in 2016 of DKK 400 million (EUR 53 million).
